I just don't understand the rationale behind not going with it.

29 of the 32 teams decided that the new uniforms were a step above the older uniform. This has nothing to do with design but with performance and fit. Everyone says they feel great, yet the Eagles feel the old way is better.
I mean why wouldn't they want a better fitting, quicker drying, more breathable uniform. It doesn't make any sense at all why they wouldn't.

I never thought of that. hahahahaha They know more than people who are paid to develop the best uniform technology available. hahahahahahaha
The best part is that they will charge people the same amount for official jersey's that the other teams put out even though they probably get these older ones cheaper.
Anyone see what's going on here? They are going to make more money on this old jersey style(because it's probably cheaper) even though the players don't get to be as comfortable as everyone else they are playing.

Patriots and Panthers no longer have silver pants. Nike couldnt make them. And Nike also couldnt match our midnight green. A few teams didnt switch fabrics, but the eagles are the only one that they listed color match issues for. Here is a link. http://www.uni-watch.com/

Thanks for the link. That says it all.
I'm sure if they did change a thread accusing them of changing only to sell more jerseys would have popped up.

They already are discounted. Reebok replica jerseys are now $25 down from $85. They aren't even selling the Reebok "official Jerseys anymore.

Love the adjective use. LOCKDOWN fit and LOCKDOWN strength.

Yeah! The Eagles braintrust isn't about to sacrifice their high minded principles by playing "silly little games" with technology most of the league has seen as an improvement.
Besides, as KOJO said earlier, who knows better about anything than the NovaCare Geniuses.
