Why aren't the Eagles interested if it's a mid round pick? Rivers and Ryans makes one of the team's weaknesses a strength.

I also wouldnt mind the skins jumping in on this. He could be a long-term replacement at interior linebacker for Fletcher, competition for Riley, or insurance if Fletcher signs elsewhere. One of the skins two 4th rounders could outbid the giants.

Easy there..this dude has shown a propensity to not be healthy...and I'm not going to be a hypocrite and praise Jerry Reese if he gets this deal done...Like I said above, I'm not sure about the reliability of MG's source in the article..if it gets done and he's healthy, I'm sure he'll help..we'll see...

With the news about Ballard today, a TE at 17 wouldn't be completely insane, seeing as how Bennett is more of a blocker
I'd rather see them go OL above all else, but the situation may call for something else

I'm sure the deal is for a 5th pick considering the Giants have 2 number 4's..I agree with you on the dude's health (see my earlier posts)..if he's healthy, he can help..I'm sure the Giants are doing their hwk on that wrist....

Problem is, the Giants never go OL in round one..regardless of where they eventually draft, their #1 is going to be DL, WR, or DB...you can take it to the bank

In Gilbrides' offense though it would be a waste.
Half the reason Shockey was run out of town.
