you're insane if you think we'd get that kind of compensation for those players. and your draft is awful. winston moss would bring his own crew and probably convert the d to a 3-4. there's a few nose tackles and quite a few 3-4 olbs in this draft. a few hits in the draft and some fat trimming and we could have a pretty nice squad in 2 years.here's my picks for converting to a 3-4-
1. we trade a pick/player to move up and try to get Star Lotuleilei a beast NT from utah or Jarvis Jones a monster OLB from gerogia
2. NT jesse williams or OLB alex okafor
3. either lb from penn state, mauti or hodges
4. s bacarri rambo

This might be the most homerific idea of compensation ever posted on this board. The vast majority of the people you listed wouldn't net us any draft pick, let alone mid-round ones.

I do know I didn't do a very good job, I rushed it because I was kind of angry after the game. If we did convert to the 3-4 we would have to get rid of demeco Ryan's which sucks because he is a true 4-3 middle lb

Hire= Jon Gruden as HC, Pat Shurmur as OC and Mike Singletary as DC..... Gruden and Singletary's demand for discipline is exactly what this team needs!! i think its a perfect fit especially with their coaching experience

Get rid of- Vick, Coleman, Asomugha,Bell

Draft- we'll be in the top 12 im thinking
1) David Amerson CB/S NC State- replaces Coleman at FS immediately and makes an impact
2) Barrett Jones OL Alabama- versatile OL that will start at an offensive line spot immediately also
3) EJ Manuel QB FSU- comes in as compeition for Foles, will probably fall due to depth in draft at QB and not as much needs for QB
4) Jordan Hill DT Penn St- comes in for youth on DL and depth on the DT rotation
5) Tyrann Mathieu CB LSU- a flier for sure but his talent is undeniable despite being suspended and out of football for a year
6) Cornelius Carredine DE FSU- brings more depth and youth along the D line
7) Trevardo Williams DE UConn- a fireball that needs to bulk up but could wind up being a steal

The way were playing, we wont have to trade up to get Lotuleilei.

Moss played in a 4/3 in college, the NFL and was GB's LB coach when they ran a 4/3 defense

I love that you're trading away half the defense and about the entire O line but the draft is mostly secondary and linebackers.  Who's going to play offensive line in your scenario?  LOL.

Vick is untradable because of his contract. He will be cut the day after the Super Bowl (google his contract).

Bell might get you a conditional 7th. Probably not. Avant isn't worth a 3rd, Mathis isn't worth a 3rd, Jenkins isn't worth a 4th and Babin isn't worth a 4th with his big contract. You're overvaluing our players and underestimating how much other teams value their draft picks. Also, I don't see why we would want to provide the new coach with an empty cupboard. Even if some of these guys have underpreformed, do you really want to get rid of this talent without viable replacements?

Do we have better options at RT, slot WR, LG, CB? Or are you just releasing players to release them?

How about we trade LeSean McCoy to the Vikings to backup Adrian Peterson for a 3rd rounder and then bring back Reno Mahe. Then, let's use that 3rd rounder we obtained for McCoy to get Winston Justice back now that he's the best pass blocker in the league. Then, we can move Herremans to right guard (not trade him) and trade Danny Watkins for Jake Long and a conditional 7th-rounder. I'd rather keep all of those acquired picks to give the coach a larger selection of the guys he wants to bring in and fit his scheme. If we can have 16 draft picks, the majority in the middle rounds, we would get hella youth.
