When do our scouts take blame?

Scouts evaluate, give strengths and weaknesses, and draft grades. It is up to Reid and Roseman (mainly Reid I'm sure) to figure out which players will fit with this team and which ones won't.

You think scouts told Reid Jarrett was a 2nd rounder? Doubtful. Think they told Reid Gocong was a fit for a 4-3? Doubtful.

Point being, there may be a select few scouts who have a better feel, but I would say not too many scouts stand above the rest. It is up to GMs and HCs to determine which players belong on their respective teams.
