Vick to Marty and the rest of the doubters, Game ON!!!

I'm so proud and pumped to know that Vick is going back to being aggressive and not this pocket wuss that everyone want him to be.  The Eagles are gonna soar once again.

I'm sure that's exactly what the OL wants to hear. They'll get blamed when Vick decides to sack himself by running into defenders leaving the pocket.

I won't believe it til I see it. Mike has talked A LOT this year about this and that. I won't believe it til I see him putting the team on his back like I believe we know he can do. But hasn't. He's looked beaten, slow, scared, confused, and honestly a little dis-interested. I mean I don't know him personally but that what it seems like to me from his play last week. Contrast that with last year when they played the Falcons. Maybe because it was in Atlanta? But he looked focused and ready to light ish up.


We'll see what happens on Monday.  But at this point I'd rather not be hearing ANYTHING from anyone on this team. If they want to impress me they can shut the F up and let their play on the field do the talking.

In 2010 Vick was a play-maker he was in his element.  In 2011/2012 Marty ball doomed this team.  Hate all you want, root for the backups as some of you always do but this team is getting ready to Fly.

This is true as it was for Mc Nabb, despite his own comments he made about not wanting to be known as a running quarterback. As for Donovan Mc Nabb and Micheal Vick their talent was/is in their athleticism which they should be allowed to use, but not always count on it, as they probably were both told that they need to try being more of a pocket passer. Nothing wrong with that except for one thing, they are runners and gunners, we all witness that and were cheering them on until they were told or made to stop using that athleticism stay in the pocket as long as you can.

Kinetic engery can only be contained for so long has to find a way out, so you find a way to use that engery in positive ways instead of trying to shut it down. When Donovan Mc Nabb was doing his thing early in his career as Micheal Vick we couldn't shut up all the hype, and didn't give what they really needed too compliment their talents, then asking them to pocket pass. I don't seeing that as of yet being done with RGIII, Wilson, and some others. I say let them play, and work in to becoming a pocket, because those who don't/didn't had/have their athleticism have very good offensive lines.

Exactly.  Some are saying that Vick couldn't out run a fat guy on the Falcons OL.  The truth is Vick was being restrained by that idiot Marty.  Haters will hate but it's time to let the ultimate play-maker loose.  Go Birds!
