Seems like to me, correct me if i am wrong like we are always running out of a single back set. Since we have not been doing all that well on offense why haven't we tried to run different formations. Especially when we are trying to go down field why don't we utilize a double TE formation to allow D-Jax time to get down field? If D-Jax doesn't get open after the TE blocks he can go out for pass once the D-Line men gets by him that he is blocking. If teams are blitzing us more then any other team in the league i just don't understand why we don't stack the line of scrimmage to allow more time for plays to develop. QB'S should have at least 3 seconds to pass most times Vick has about 1.5 to 2 seconds to pass.

Yeah.
Also
Why are we not throwing to the tight ends? Looking at Harbor's snap count he has been rotting on the bench last 5 weeks. I remember the first two games where both Brent and Clay were active and we won. Then for some reason MM benched Harbor in Arizona and has been giving him like 10 snaps a game since. Get them involved.

In their first two games, the Eagles targeted tight ends Brent Celek and Clay Harbor 27 times. In the five games since, they've been targeted a total of 33 times

It pisses me off how rarely they actually give McCoy a FB to lead the way on running plays.

Neither TE gets much seperation and Vick is so worried about throwing a pick that he's not going to throw to either unless they're wide open (they won't be). Hence all this crap coming out about the coaches telling Vick to not worry about making mistakes. Seriously, I don't think people really grasp just how bad of a QB Vick is and how much he's hurting the team.

The I formation worked against the Giants and in typical Reid fashion we haven't seen much of it since.

havili had a great game blocking in the ravens game.
they seem to always stray away from what was working.
obsession with throwing 40 to 50 times a game. i've been complaining about this for 14 years. i thought with all that has happened, reid would be more focused then ever or disinterested.
looks like disinterested. shame.

The reason we don't see more of this is because the coaches are idiots.

cuz marty is a moron, Mccoy racks up 100+ plaus yards against the gaints after doing jack the first half from the single back so marty goes I formation in the second half mccoy goes off eagles win.
Then we never see it again, and marty goes back to the shotgun sprint draw and my favorit the single back stretch against the wide 9 of the lions where the DE are split wide to defend the stretch run, brilliant.
Marty is a tool, harboe and havilli have been sitting on the bench watching 3, 4 5 wide sets as marty passes or runs out of passing formations trying to be tricky.
Not sure why harbor doesnt play over avant, he's faster than avant.
