Dave, should fans start wearing paper bags to home games?

I said it last year and I'll keep on saying it... This is Luries failure. Reid and crew should have been gone after the abysmal year last year.
Lurie should take the hit!

I'd reserve the bags for IF Jeffrey Lurie, after an extensive and exhaustive search for what he expects will be an historically great, top shelf GM, settles on.....Andy Reid.
Then it's truly over.....for a long, long, long time.........two decades....at a minimum.

Vick was sacked 7 times last night, if that was Foles he would have been sacked 20 times. This is the worst o-line in the nfl, it's not even good enough to be a NCAA division 1a line.
And fans aren't going to wear bags, they are just going to stop showing up.

The fans need to unite and be heard.
Stay in the parking lot and tailgate until the end of the first quarter.
Jeff Lurie understands 1 thing, and this is $$$$$$$.
Rally everyone you can, empty seats in the stadium at kickoff will get the owners attention.

Apparently he's already settled on Howie the fantasy football guru/attorney.

Yeah I heard the news today......EPIC SUCKAGE just doesn't come near to covering 1% of it.
The only hope now, is that Howie is turned into the "capologist" with one caveat..... that he is under the control of the true GM...title that guy V.P. of Operations if they must, but a Football guy needs to be running the Football part of this team.

I'd recommend, like others say, just don't go to the games.

Yes. Thats why I kinda like the idea. Since it bothers the players so much to be boo'd the fans can just where bags and be silent. It would be a huge statement and Lurie would have no choice but to take action. Just one game.

You'e in luck because I'd be surprised if a dozen of those people in front of you will actually buy tickets. If things don't improve soon, we may even go back the 90's when you could walk up to the ticket window at the Vet and buy playoff tickets right before kickoff if you were bored and looking for something to do.

Would you actually go to a game? I thought you had said before you hadn't ever attended an Eagles home game?

I can guess your next question... "Then why get season tickets if the drive is difficult?"
Norfolk (near where I live), has an Amtrak station opening in about a month. So getting up there will be a lot easier.

Well good luck in your quest for the season tix.... Given the way things are going, you may have your chance sooner rather than later. I hope this franchise actually lives up to your enthusiasm.

Not to dump on you or anyone else, but anybody who really thought this season was so full of promise was clearly deluding themselves & probably got suckered into the 4 game stretch of fool's gold from last year. All the spin & hype was just a bunch of excuses.
Of course there hasn't been a promising season around here in years for some of us.

Good times. Used to be handed tickets to games, late 80s, 90s. Was a kind of, 'how bad can it be?', trainwreck kind of thing, with refreshments. It was like Bill Hicks used to say, 'You gotta peek'.
