they need a completely new system. whatever they do, they need to turn over this roster. It doesnt work, the core players on this team will not win us a championship so firesale everyone except for McCoy. To add on to that, dont get a high profile superbowl coach mercenary the cowboys/redskins always get. get a new head coach that will build a TEAM not a bunch of individuals. /incoherent rambling
Whoever coaches this team next year needs to wipe it clean

The entire coaching staff must go as well.

The coaching staff and roster both need a serious shake down. McCoy needs to stay, but at the same time, if they can't develop an offense that can produce some places for him to go, his talent is going to go to waste. It has this year. I hate to see a running back like him turn in seasons like this because the line can't open up some lanes.
Coaches need to go. No "Okay Andy, leave" followed by moving Marty to Head Coach, then Mudd to Offensive Co-ordinator, and all that. They fired Castillo and moved Bowles in, and now look at what's happened. This whole team, roster and coaches both, is in need of a serious shake down if we hope to even be able to finish 9-7 next year.

So you're saying we should trade everyone who's bad for everyone who's good?
Solid decision.

i wouldn't mind bringing castillo back as a oline coach. seriously he was awesome as a oline coach. he got the most out of some crappy players. heck even when we had injuries to the oline in the past we weathered the storm mainly because castillo did a great job. no offense mudd has been terrible at getting guys coached up. heck there was a reason indy fired him said their line was soft.

i wouldn't trade everyone. I probably keep peters, cole, celek, maclin, havili, mccoy, herremans, avant, boykin, Marsh (want to see if he can develop and he is cheap), foles, kelce, Cox, Graham, Curry, Kendrick, Ryan (although have to say I haven't been impressed with him that much but a good leader), coleman (only as a backup and special teams guy) Allen (yes he actually isn't a horrible safety if coleman wasn't his sidekick back there).
I either release, trade or let walk nnamdi, cromartie, vick, desean jackson, harbor, mathis, jenkins, patterson, landri, jordan, watkins.
the rest i probably keep but only as training camp bodies and basically because we have too.
