it is all down hill from here guys. players appear to have already began to quit.
rebuilding mode for the next season or two. lots of changes ahead.

Excluding the final two minutes of the first half (where the Eagles passed three times and then ran once to finish the half), the Eagles had 16 runs and 16 passes, while being sacked 3 times.
I do agree that the one bit of questionable playcalling was after the fumble recovery on the kickoff.

I gotta say, Vick has shown some improvement in the last 2-3 weeks but it gets overshadowed by the line not being able to protect him so it forces him to move around or attempt throws he probably shouldn't. Now, that doesn't relieve Vick of his own boneheaded mistakes because he's definitely has has them but Vick is less of the problem, that's crystal clear at this point.

Remember last season when I spoke about the numb feeling I had after Castillo was hired? It's really starting to come back. There's no heart, no desire, no sense of urgency, this team is just lacking in basically every single way. It's sad that we as fans saw what was wrong last year and now it's more of the same. For 10 minutes back in January, Lurie sold us on the idea that it was unacceptable and all that and had us believe even if it was just for a few minutes that something was gonna be done. But then he said he was gonna give Reid another chance. The season is done.

Funny thing is, even after Lurie announced Reid would return in his post season PC, while I was mostly skeptical, part of me still believed that we could be a team to reckon with this year.

I felt that way, up until the first offensive series against the Browns when I realized...hey, I've seen this story before.

I don't know how any reporters would know that especially since those meetings are closed to reporters so somebody's either making up a story for the sake of having something to report or somebody came out and ran their mouth. I think it's the former. After the lockout and the Eagles went on to the spending spree I just sat up and said ok it was always a 2 year deal. And I thought like you, this team could be a serious problem this year. Yeah it's a problem and it's definitely not the one we were looking for.

Nnamdi can not tackle worth a damn.
Cole and Jenkins are non-existant.
Babin is complete garbage.
It's obvious this team has given up besides a few players.

That ish doesn't bother me anymore. For the first time in all my years of being an Eagles fan, I can say I don't care anymore. Going 0-for-5 in the RZ against the worst D in the league is just symbolic of what this team has become under Reid. I'll start to care again when he and the rest of his coaches are gone, because at least at that point there could potentially be some upside for this team, which is more than you can say about this current team - right now there is absolutely none.
Completely agree.

reid teams have struggled in the past with redzone efficiency but never to this degree. there were plays to be made. the qb has to make the throws. its funny how good our redzone offense looked in the preseason !!!

The eagles did not surprise, they flopped as I expected, although hopeful they would show signs of life, I was pessimestic they would overcome.
This team of players need a kick in the arse, not coddling... I would revamp the entire team and change the headcoach.
IMO, Reid is a good coach, but think he is too soft with the players, and not the best game day coach on the sideline. Time for change but the change needs to be right.
SEAN PEYTON PLEASE!!!! lol
btw I paid alot for tickets to Tampa, can you please change the team this week and return "hope" in the near future?!?!?!?!?

You also need a running attack with power when you get closer to the endzone, o-line and running attack improvements required also!!
