Not only can neither of these 2 tackle 1-on-1 they can't cover either!  Atleast Asante would get some INTs to make up for his blown coverages these 2 just keep gettin burned and are laughing their way to the bank (atleast nnamdi is)..dunno what DRC's pay is

I agree. I am so sick of DRC missing tackles or pretending to go for a tackle just so it looks like he is trying. He has been horrible lately and teams are running right at him cause he refuses to tackle. As for nnamdi, i think he just got old. He doesn't look like anything he used to in oakland. I hope both are gone next year. Draft corners high. I would love to see marsh take over for one of them to see what he has and see if he develops. i like his size but he has rarely played his first two years.

Whilst I agree they are overrated and are anything but stellar, it isn't easy to have a good looking secondary when your line isn't getting any pressure, sacks or hurries what so ever.

They aren't overhyped, I think everyone in the league knows they absolutely blow.  Even Gruden was critical saying "when are these guys going to make a play?"

Draft corners high? They need to draft a stud RT, move Todd back to LG, Mathis to RG, Pray to god that Peters comes back next season and plays like he did last year and get rid of watkins. Foles is going to need an offensive line to block.

You sure the new coach wants Foles as his QB?  Much more likely that Barkley or Geno Smith are going to be the Eagles QB next year.

You do know Asante had as many INTs last year as Brian Rolle, right?

Fix the safeties and Nnamdi and DRC would be fine. People don't realize how freaking awful our safeties are. They do nothing.

Nnamdi is consistently getting beat. He's even finding ways to fail... like running into the referee. I swear he's going to run into the goalpost next week.

The tackling is bad, but the Saints have a powerful offense and while they've blown some plays in coverage, they've still both been better than average.

How come i saw DRC put his arms up like 10 times last night like he didnt know the play call?

while i agree i think we could survive drafting a tackle in the second round and going corner in the first. That said we have a million holes on this team. according to my thinking are holes are:

Right guard
Left tackle (if peters isn't the same)
Safety (coleman, can live with allen if he has a stud next to him. i think allen can be a mikell type player)
weakside Linebacker (weakside, but ryan hasn't shown much so either)
Defensive tackle (Jenkins, landri and patterson are done. Only really have cox and thorton)
Both corner spots (I would love to see what marsh can do because he has the size to be a good corner, but DRC and Nnamdi just dont want to tackle and aren't good at covering either)
QB (foles? and vick is definitely gone)
