Top 5-10 Draft Pick: What Position?

Halfway through the season and here we are, wishing for a top 5 pick... it's incredibly pathetic for the caliber of what we thought was a good organization.
So, where do we even begin? What position do the Eagles target? What is most pressing? QB or OL?
QB
OT
OG
S
DE
CB
TE
WR
I could literally name every position except RB.
Who are the big names coming out next year?
I need something to look forward to... other than the day Lurie cleans house.

This team has so many needs right now I wouldn't know where to start.

I would go OL too. You have to figure even if Peters, Kelce, and Herremans all return healthy, what if one of them loses a step or gets injured again? Our backups are atrocious!
We need quality OL depth. My vote goes OT. Does anyone know if there's a stud OT coming out next year?

To the dude who said we should go safety, there's no way we take a safety in the top 10. People were complaining when TB took Mark Barron there last year, and he's the closest to sure thing starter as you're gonna find in a safety prospect. I'd think we could snag Kenny Vaccaro from Texas in the 2nd or late 1st if we find a way to secure another late 1st rounder.

EDIT: BPA is the best choice.

Not to mention if we get a qb with pick one that means we are stuck with our ****ty Oline. OLINE first. Our new HC and OC will be running the ball alot next year (oh how sweet that will be to watch) and I can see Polk or Brown really becoming something.
I would go
1)tackle
2) safety
3)guard

Luke Joeckel from Texas A&M is gaining traction as the top OL prospect and a probable top 5 pick. I'd target him. He'd step in and lock down RT from day 1 I think , if by no other virtue than how bad the rest of our OL sucks right now.

Then that's who we target. Luke Joeckel
I know it's way early for us fans, but Roseman better be doing his homework yesterday.

I'd be happy with any one of the OT's (Joeckel, Lewan or Fisher) in R1 - slot one in at RT and put Todd back to his best position of guard. Later on we might need to draft another C if Tennant doesn't make the grade.
1 Geno Smith QB 2 *Johnathan Hankins DT 3 Star Lotulelei DT 4 *Luke Joeckel OT 5 *Jarvis Jones OLB 6 Matt Barkley QB 7 *Dee Milliner CB 8 *Bjoern Werner DE 9 *Barkevious Mingo OLB 10 Manti Te'o ILB 11 *Taylor Lewan OT 12 *Sam Montgomery DE 13 Chance Warmack OG 14 *Damontre Moore DE 15 *Keenan Allen WR 16 John Jenkins DT 17 *C.J. Mosley OLB 18 Alex Okafor DE 19 *Eric Reid FS 20 Johnthan Banks CB 21 *Justin Hunter WR 22 Eric Fisher OT 23 *Robert Woods WR 24 Tyler Wilson QB 25 Barrett Jones OG

But in all reality you have to take the BPA. But those intangibles could break a tie between him and another player.

The eagles have so many needs right now the more early picks we can accumulate the better...lots of quality interior O-line can be found in 2nd or 3rd...

They are QB, OT, DE, DT & CB.
We have Foles, who may be a good one. I'd like to see him play 3-5 games to better make a decision.
We drafted DT Cox this past draft, so I doubt we'd do DT.
Left DE is a major need. We need a new scheme with size as a priority. So a huge, tall, talented LDE is a priority
in rounds 1, 2 or 3.
OT may be the pick. Specifically right OT. We may be able to get a large, tough, tough RT and trade down in the process.
A top right OT can often be had from 10-20. I'd love to trade down, grab the best ROT and stockpile more picks.
CB...we have two good ones. They are working with absolutely no pass rush due to Washburn's failed scheme and
the personnel department and Andy's failed love affair with tiny motor midgets. We don't need a CB in the 1st. We have
much greater needs...but it pays to remember that good CBs are only chosen in the first two rounds. I'd pass this year
as there are way too many other needs.
Outside of the premium picks, we need a strong side LB and should move Kendricks to weak side LB.
We need a strong safety, starting OG, developmental LOT and a large WR...a punt returner, a kick returner
and late round picks spent on LBs and DBs that can play special teams.

Pass rush has been a huge disappointment. Bjoern Werner and Sam Montgomery both look outstanding.
Linebacker can always use an upgrade. Manti Te'o is an incredible player and would be an instant improvement & solid starter.
Offensive line is arguably the biggest issue. Taylor Lewan and Chance Warmack look like top prospects.
Safety is a problem however Eric Reid would be a reach at 10 in my opinion and he's the best safety available.

Oline with both seconds. Iam trading shady for a second. Hate to, jut many holes and RB is easy to fill.

There are some that are good, but nobody elite like an RGIII or Luck
Maybe if Teddy Bridgewater declares next year after his junior season we could look that direction. Kid is good.
