Terilyns, I might agree with you on the complexity of the playbook, but do you think for a minute they need to memorize the whole thing for every week? No. The coaches create a gameplan that has 50 or so plays they need to know for the week. Then they practice these plays all week, basically helping them memorize them and focus on the keys for execution of the plays. So, really does it matter the size of the playbook in the end? It's no excuse.
