Since Andy reid can't seem to handle the Job anymore and his picks on coaches is, Terrible at best, I have come up with my own list of Coaches i would Like to see hired to take over the team at Head Coach, and Both Co-ordinator positions next year...

Head Coach Dirk Koetter .....Offensive Coordinator Atlanta Falcons, He loves the screen game and has put together one of the most explosive offensive schemes in the NFL... With two backs Like Shady and Bryce Brown, Brent Celek at TE, and Maclin and Jackson at the WR... he could revive the Eagles as a screen team...He would also establish the Run as a weapon, that would allow the explosive plays down the field at the appropriate times.

My second Choice would be Bruce Arians... interim Head Coach of the Indianapolis Colts... I know he has Andrew Luck, But he has put together a balanced offense that has a fairly young team getting to a 5-3 record.

Offensive Coordinator Craig Johnson, Quarterbacks Coach, Minnesota Vikings.... He was responsible for the development of Steve Mc Nair and Turned Vince young Into a winner... Just Knowing what he did with Young is enough to think he can coach his a** off.

Defensive Coordinator Jim Leavitt, Linebackers Coach, San Francisco 49ers. He was the head cosch of the University of South Florida He was responsible for taking them from Nothing but an intramural team to Division 1 football status and 2 bowl wins while developing Pro Players like Mike Jenkins and JPP.

Those are my picks for the big 3 on the team... Tell me what you think.

I haven't gotten into OC and DC yet, but Koetter is a good HC choice. However, I think Arians is at the top of my list. He's not only being interim HC and doing it well, but he's bringing Luck along very nicely and would be excellent for Foles.

Each have their merits...the question I have about them is do they have any connection with each other? Generally, Head Coaches bring in guys they're familiar with as coordinators. It doesn't have to be that way, but I think it usually is nonetheless.

I'm assuming that's a Joke... Leavitt was known for being so Jacked up as a Head Coach, that he would do Windsprints to the 50 yard line before every game USF played... just to calm himself Down.

I don't know, But If I was the GM... I would reccomend the Coordinators to the new Head Coach, and at least have him Interview those guys... I would'nt say he HAD to hire them but I would at least like them to be part of the Process. Who Knows... It may work out in the end.

I think you're making a valid point, that there's more than one way to put a great staff together, and I agree that the Eagles should keep an open mind during the process.

He's certainly turned  Ponderer is a stud, amirite?   In two of his last three games he's passed for under 50 yards.   Throw(pun intended) in another game where he got exactly 100 yards passing,  and you have yourself a fine catch at an offensive genius who has quote simply figured out the NFL.

Jay Gruden, Offensive Coordinator from the Bengals. He runs the classic WCO which is what I would want implemented here.

I have a feeling that we will go with a defensive minded HC.

the Guy is a QB coach, and Ponder isn't as bad as the numbers would indicate... ponder has Mike Tice calling plays and there has been speculation that the team may have Johnson start calling the Offense... that should say something as well.

Yeah But do we want someone who will completely switch the defense to a 3-4?... we don't have the interior Guns for that.
