If Reid gets fired and a new coach comes in, then 9 times out of 10, Vick goes too.

But, what if Vick took a vast pay cut and played second fiddle to Foles as a backup?

I don't know if Vick was BS-ing, when he said that he wanted the best thing for this team, but do you think that he would play backup to Foles?

Does anyone think that this is a realistic option?

I really don't think Vick would take a backup spot here again, and honestly he'd be a risk to Foles role in the locker room. Last thing a new coach needs is a divided locker room.

Vick is gone unless Lurie brings in Dungy. He makes too much and does too little to be brought back otherwise.

No matter who is coaching here, or on what team Mike is playing(including our own), Mike will continue to be a lousy qb with great athletic skills.

Miss the playoffs or even make the playoffs but don't win even one game and Vick's gone, new coach or otherwise.

The question now is, is Foles the next Tom Brady or the next Ty/Koy Detmer/Bobby Hoying?

Im going on a limb and saying hes NOT T.Brady and at the same time better than ole Detmer Hoying.

I like players at any position that had success with a lousy team in college.

He came from Arizona and had pretty much nothing to work with on offense.
He's 6'6 240 so he should be able to take a hit  and can see over our O-Line ( 1 of Vicks bigs problems)

It took a lot to convince Lurie to sign Vick in the 1st place.  The Vicksperiment has obviously failed.  He can play QB for Andy in San Diego or Jacksonville or wherever AR coaches next.

I have hard time seeing Vick here next year regardless of who the coach is. The team needs to be blown up and rebuilt.
