All of you arm chair, Jack Daniels drinking Internet scouts.  When you're scouting that college quarterback who you want to lead your football team to the promise land he needs to possess three qualities:

Smart, tough, and accurate.  All other skills are secondary.  Smart, tough, and accurate boys and girls.  End of story.
