In the Super Bowl against NE,  51 pass attempts + 2 McNabb runs = 53 called passes. 15 Westbrook runs ( 44 yds )+ 1 Levens run = 16 called running plays.   Anything there sound familiar ?

All metrics change at the same time - some more, somel ess - but in the aggregate ... ish happens.

Saying the Eagles were much better with Donovan fails to factor in all the changes betweeen the "what-was-then vs what-is-now."

Here we are - Nov, 2012  - many factors have changed. The comparison between McNab and ... where-we are-now with Vick/Foles/Edwards ... is no longer relevant and is totally skewed.

It wasn't a choke,  it was an entire team getting dominated on both sides of the ball.
