I am sick and Tired of hearing how Talented this team is.... Because Talent without Coaching is Useless... Reid should be fired right after the 8th loss this season... and the New Coaching search should begin in earnest... having his fat arse on the sidelines any longer than that would be a slap in the face to the fans... My High school football coach used to say this to us when we were playing a " Better" team....

Andy has all of the Talent in the world... and refuses utilize it.

Exactly.

The most telling stat to back this up, Eagles 3-0 when Shady gets 20 plus carries, 0-6 when he doesn't.

Shady is by far the Eagles best player, and when they don't use him they lose.

And before all the game dictates the play calling BS, the Chiefs were down a couple of scores to the Saints and kept running Jamal Charles, their best player to the tune of 220 plus yards, came back and won the game.

Firing Reid after the 8th loss is not going to make any difference. He'll play out the season and be canned then, he deserves to finish the season.

NO..... he does'nt I could care less about Reid's Feelings or past performance... he needs to be Canned right after loss 8... if Lurie is serious about 8-8 not being good enough... SHOW it..... can that fat jerk and let all of the assistants and College Coaches out there, know that the Job is Open.

one more loss.... and Lurie would have to go back on what he said at begginning of the season. Ironically I think Lurie felt it was a safe bet this team was at least a 10-6 team....   I am scared he will make more excuses about how banged up the Oline is. The depth on this team was not good at Oline.... it seems we neglect one or more significant parts of the team every year. For years it was the WR's..... then it was the Returners, and now the Oline and the returners...
