I mean I can forgive him for trading Cutler and Brandon Marshall, both of those guys clearly wanted out. I can forgive him for taking Knowson Moreno way earlier than he should have. I can forgive him for taking Demaryius Thomas over Dez Bryant (which at the time was a surprise, not a bad move now). But taking Tim f'ing Tebow in the first round? There's no way I want that guy coaching my team.

McDaniels was a disaster as a head coach and is one of those guys who just belongs as a coordinator and nothing more. I want nothing to do with him.

McDaniels isn't even that good of an OC, getting most of his success from playing under Belichick, who calls the plays anyway.
No thanks.

This is what happens when you sacrifice size for speed. When all you care about is speed on both sides of the ball you get away from the smashmouth style and are geared more towards the finesse style of play. That's why the Eagles get pushed around on both sides of the ball at times. The fundamentals you mention are what this regime always claims to focus on but when it matters you don't see it. Position coaches need to handle that as well. The coordinators need to make sure their position coaches are doing their jobs. And the head coach needs to be on top of all of this.
