When did this transition to a bunch of heartless underachievers really begin?

It feels like the signing and subsequent mediocre play of Jenkins was the beginning...would you agree?

The last two seasons seem like they're filled with big name free agents who are:

1. Overpriced
2. Past their primes
3. No chemistry and no seeming care to have any

( Babin, Jenkins, Nnamdi, Bell, Sims,

Feels like a team FULL of "For Who, For What" attitudes!

I know it would be difficult to comment..that being said, what are your feelings of this being a TEAM that has that us vs. world attitude?

It's actually very simple - terrible drafts that produced few productive starters + a desperate coach trying to keep his job above all else, and empowered by a passive owner seemingly satisfied with being 'pretty good' = free agent signings to fill critical positions.

Combine that with bad coordinators and flawed schemes, and you have the definition of a recipe for disaster.

It's never worked before, and it will never work in the future in this league. Which is all the more reason this coach would want to go in that direction in the first place.

Yep, it's why fantasy football Howie needs to go
All he knows is to put together a bunch of random pieces that don't fit

Say what you will about the 2001-2004 Eagles, but that was a mostly well put together "team"
The pieces of the puzzle all fit together

It takes years to get to this point of bad football, it doesn't happen in a day or one player signing. To me though, the day we signed Vick was a low point in Eagle's football.
