At this point, pre-combine.  Picking top 10, do you see Lewan as a top 10 pick....?
If we land Jones in the second, I wet my drawers.....

All of this depends on how the Eagles finish the season. I think that they will end up winning a few meaningless games down the stretch in a last ditch effort to save Reid, bringing them to 6-10 or 7-9, which would lower their draft position, hence Lewan over Joeckel. As for drafting a safety in the 4th round, this year's draft class at safety is very strong. There will be some solid prospects with starting potential left after the 2nd round. I have projected the following guys to be gone in rounds 1-3: Reid, McDonald, Vaccaro, Lester, Elam, Rambo, Jefferson. That still leaves Williams the other stud safety from Georgia not named Bacarri Rambo left on the board, which is good value in the 4th.

O-line >>> S

I don't want the Honey Badger anywhere near this team.

The off-the-field issues are a legitimate concern, but you can't deny the potential especially in the 5th round. On the other hand I'm sure you can also find another CB with upside as well in the 5th round without these issues.

YES!! I agree I think we need to address safety by either trading for another first round pick or the second round for sure!!
