There are a lot of teams with equal/slightly better records than us right now who have harder schedules.

With the way Dalton is playing in Cinci, NO.
We will get a top 3 pick.

We finally get decent draft position, and there's no one there to take. Typical Eagles luck.

Any real good O-Line prospects out there? Or an absolute stud DE or DT? Or possibly a stud CB or Safety

ALL the first round quarterbacks I would avoid. Barkley and Smith will be gone by the third pick, so we shouldn't have to worry about them.
In no particular order, the top 4 guys I would want would be Te'o, Milliner, Lotulelei, and Joeckel. If we pick at 5, at least two will be available.

If you mean trading up or down, I'd say it depends on who is available. Personally I don't know who will be coming out that will make an immediate impact. They say the quarterback class isn't going to be great. We have good receivers. We have good running backs. We have decent (but not great) tight ends. The pressing needs are along the line (especially offense), linebackers, and safety, and we rarely see safeties and linebackers drafted so low in the draft.

Is there any doubt that the Eagles have to upgrade their offensive line? Their tackle position is in shambles. Jason Peters recently tore his Achilles; Demetress Bell has been a bust signing; while King Dunlap simply sucks. Even if Peters comes back close to 100 percent, an upgrade could be made at right tackle, which would allow Todd Herremans to move back to his natural guard position.
Luke Joeckel had a slow start to his 2012 campaign, but he's improved tremendously lately, even stifling the LSU pass-rushers recently. He's moved into the 5-8 range.
