It's like watching "Titanic's Got Talent," in its final hours, it's just too uncomfortably surreal.
That being said, I can't imagine what it takes to produce it.
My head hurts. I need more coffee.

The only thing that matters now is Jeffrey Lurie's search for a great GM.........he currently doesn't have anyone that fits that description.....I hope he finds one.

I agree about the GM position, but didn't Howie just get an extension? No way he goes after this season. Which brings me to another point. WHat established winning coach is going to accept a HC job under Howie? Can you imagine a Cowher or Parcels wanting to work UNDER Howie? Aren't we just 2 years removed from when HR took over and was called a "used car salesman" ? I just think Howie is going to hinder us getting a top notch coach.

Agree with your point about Roseman, but who the hell wants Cowher or Parcells?
You can keep any of the retreads - I want a sharp, hungry, aggressive coordinator, preferably on the defensive side, to go with what I hope is a sharp, young GM who worked in a successful organization (Steelers, Pats, Ravens, Packers, Giants).
Let's put together a strong foundation that will be here for years, not try to patch this thing together with band aids in a desperate attempt to "win now". We've been down that road for the last five years - it's time to start doing it right.

I hope he realizes you can't throw good money after bad. Extension or not, Howie never should have been hired in that role and he's failed miserably.

We're going to keep going live, so I hope you join in. As for the other stuff, what can I say? Going to be mighty interesting in the offseason, to say the least

Talking about the offseason on November 19th. What a wretched season.

Howie is not above Reid. Reid is also the VP. But pocono is right, they need a football guy above howie and a HC who stresses defense, balanced play calling and mental toughness.
