finally, a week where we dont have to hear how vick is the worse QB in NFL history thread after thread, post after post.....
no more "STARTZ FOLEZ SO WE CAN WINZ SUPERBOWWWWLZZZ!!!".
Football is a team sport and this team sucks... this team is sooo terrible that one man will not/can not make a difference.... collectively this is the worst football team i have ever watched in 31 years. other than about 3 or 4 players we should get rid of everyone, implode this talent less heartless roster and start from scratch next year.
Times Yours.

1. Nick Foles needs two full seasons as an NFL starter before we can judge how good he is.
2. Michael Vick is actually to blame for Nick Foles' inaccurate passes because the WRs are now so used to Vick's throws.

Foles is a rookie who plays like a rookie so this thread is pointless

Vick is and always has been one of the worst starters in the NFL, and if not for a flukey 6-7 game stretch during 2010 NOBODY would be on his nuts like they are now

If Vick gets a season and a half why doesn't Foles? No double standards there

It's not our fault that you're not bright enough to realize that we wanted Vick benched because he is ineffective. Not because Foles would take us to a Super Bowl.
No one was expecting Foles to be a god. We were just tired of watching a 32 year old QB play like it's his rookie year.....and yes I know our team sucks, but Vick's teams have seemed to hover around the sucks-to-mediocre range for his whole career. So it's not just a Philly thing.

haha... yea ok, go back and look at the threads.... rookie throws a few td's in preseason and all of the sudden the EMB has him scripted to be the next joe montana.
fact is all you vick haters had your mind made up about vick before this season even started, there is a good chance your mind was mind up on him long before that...
i dont think vick is great by any stretch, but he is serviceable and i like his mentality twords the game. he puts his body on the line EVERY play for his team to have a winning chance, if the REST of the bums on this team would play with that same reckless abandon we wouldnt be sitting here as the laughing stock of the league.
the point was, the QB position isnt the biggest problem on this team as alot of you claimed it was.

Well at least all the vick haters can finally STFU. I hate to tell you this but, that'll never ever happen as long as he is on this team.

I appreciate that hes a "warrior" and puts his body on the line for the Eagles but that isnt getting us wins and wins are what matter. that being said Vick is not the only player i blame i blame o-line, coaching, special teams and defense to and believe every coach except maybe Bowles and Duce should be fired at season end
and my reasoning for not wanting Bowles fired is i want to see what Bowles coaching would be like without Washburn getting in the way.
and I dont see Foles as the next Tom Brady or Joe Montanna I see Foles as a rookie QB who should see the field more this season so we can see what we have in him.
