I understand that no one is leaving. But they say turn things around and still make it. I don't understand that. Maybe I am missing something. Are they saying that still make the playoffs or start playing better to make the playoffs. What the heck are they saying? Anyone know?

How about say nothing? Or we will continue to play until it's over. How about that?

I get tired of teams holding on to that 1 little piece of hope known as the mathematical possibilities. Screw that, deal with reality. Look at the amount of teams in front of them who hold tiebreakers over the Eagles. This team hasn't played with a sense of urgency and just showed no emotion, no passing or anything like that for the majority of the season. They're just going through the motions and it's just not there.

Especially to make statements like that and doing nothing to back it up. The Games day is actually worse than the one played previously. They are in fact getting worse. Then to say things like "we can correct this", and "there is still a chance". And no, I don't expect them to say how bad they are. Just play the season out and go on about your business. But to say things like appears they feel we still have a shot. What the F? Maybe they think they are that good and no one has turned the light switch on yet. And when someone does it's lights out or something?

I'd rather they just come out and say what they're doing is disappointing. I can't stand when stuff like that comes up. Just talk about how much they've let themselves, the team, and most importantly the fans down with their horrible performances.

Makes me wonder if they are actually satisfied with what they are doing, maybe? I truely beleive a decent College team could give them a run for thier money. And that's sad.

Ever thought of that? You don't show it, you give up, you become inactive, and I don't think you'll get paid because you don't live up the contract.

They wont come out and say were done, seasons over.... They have 6 games left so they are going to act like they have a chance until offically eliminated.
Can you imagine what the press and fans would do/say about the team if ANY player or coach said the season is over, were toast, we have no shot??? That would lead on SC for 4-5 straight days

Yeah, I understand that. But why make a statement as if you have a chance and the entire team is playing like ish. is that going to make the Fans think there's hope.
Especially when you see crap like this:.
Remarkably, through the online reseller, $100 could get a family of four into Lincoln Financial Field to see Monday night's game against the Carolina Panthers.
Want a seat midfield in some primo lower-level seats? You could pay as little as $75 each on StubHub.
That's almost the original cost of the worst seats in the end zone's upper deck.
Damn that's $25.00 for a ticket, It's that bad. Not that anyone would buy one. They should be free.
It has gotten this bad, but I hear, we can fix this. I say Bullish, the fat lady has sung. They should just keep thier mouths shut and continue to run around on the field acting like they are playing Football until the season ends.

If they played as a team and won a couple games and kept some humility with confidence, they could run the table.... I really dont care for this season, because as posted above, it is not realistic, but what i do want to see is f'in progress!!!! I want to see some f'in progress... No talking, no nothing, but play to win and STFU!!!
