Jackson is quietly having a good year. Hardly any drops, decent yardage...he's just not getting into the endzone like we'd want. That I blame more on the redzone playcalling than DJax.

Vick's just playing the way he has for most of his career.

Our D-line just isn't showing up. In turn that makes the cover guys look even worse, if the QB has all day to throw any QB in the NFL will pick you apart.

Anyone else I forgot?

They quit IMO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once things got bad and they fell to 3-4 (thats when I think it REALLY STARTED going south). we were 3-1, we had just beat the Giants on SNF after the Giants missed a FG in the final minute. We all felt good.... SUPERBOWL bound..... BOOM things fall apart quick... were now 3-7 and I think this team knows Reid is gone the monday after the season ends after game #16 so they arent listening to him anymore. Reid wont adjust his play calling to help out a Rookie QB. This season is soo bad right now. Hopefully we go winless the rest of the year and finish the season on a 12 game losing streak (yes I said it) and finish the year with a 3-13 record and land the #2 pick (at worst) or get lucky and land the #1 pick so we have a choice of drafting the best QB for our new system

1. Vick...He is playing at the top of his game..He never was any damn good as a QB

2. Shady....He is giving everything he has with a bad o-line he should not be on the list

3. Jackson....Djax takes WAY to many plays off he always has ...He is a Me Me Me player

4. Babin...Bab is just not that good to be honest im ready to see Curry and Graham

5. Cole...Cole is to wooried about his hunting show and you can tell his heart is not in the game of football. Again time for see more Curry and Graham

6. Namdi...This was the next to the biggest waste of $ the eagles ever spent Vick being the 1st. Namdick is very lost out there on the field and is way to soft

7. Maclin....Mac is just so scared of taking a hit I fear when he sneezez to hard he might end up on IR He is very very soft..I love his talent but he is not there mentally.

8.Celek...He is playing hard and gives a 100% but his hands have turned to stone latly.

9.DRC..He just seems to be very lost out there and slow for some reason and I believe he just lacks heart and gave up.

10.Nate Allen ....way overmatched nfl is to big of stage for him he just dont have IT

11. Coleman...See above #10

Now on a good note..

I think we got something in Cox/Kendricks/Ryans/Boykin/Kelce/Brown/Graham/McCoy.. I really can't wait to see Vinny Curry get reps monday night look forward to watching Curry and Foles moving forward. As bad as this team is doing and as pissed as I have been this year I still look forward to watching these young kids the last 6 weeks.

The Oline is a huge part of the issue.. But I'm not feelin Mudd's system.. Or the play calling knowing we had 4 guys out on Oline.

They do that stupid long developing 7 step play action with the blitz coming all the time

Philly needs a total overhaul. As great and well-resprected a coach as Reid is, he needs a fresh start in a new city. He's worn out his welcome with you guys. All this talent, all those draft picks, but no accountability. For some reason, your franchise hasn't been developing players well as of late, AT ALL. Should be an interesting offseason for ya.

Many of the picks , due to draft position, (after the first year of Andy's tenure,) aren't really starter material on any team.

We've never picked higher than 16  after  Andy's first year here. In 2002 and for the next 4 seasons we were in the play offs. A couple of times we had to make trades to move up to 16. Any team that goes that long without getting the better talented higher picks is in for a long couple of seasons eventually. As we are now seeing and feeling. But you can't be in the play offs as often as we were, and expect to land the top talent in the draft.

2006: 14th overall (Bunkley)

Here's my theory on why the Eagles suck:

Including every player on the roster, healthy or injured, minus practice squad:

24 entered the NFL via teams not named the Philadelphia Eagles

- Of those 24, there are 10 starters (42%):

McBriar, Babin, Vick, Asomugha, Dorenbos, Jenkins, Mathis, Ryans, DRC, Peters

- Of those ten, seven were added during the previous two off-seasons:

McBriar, Babin, Asomugha, Jenkins, Mathis, Ryans, DRC

34 entered the NFL via the Philadelphia Eagles

First Round:

DT Mike Patterson, WR Jeremy Maclin, DE Brandon Graham, OL Danny Watkins, DT Fletcher Cox

Second Round:

WR DeSean Jackson, RB LeSean McCoy, S Nate Allen, LB Mychal Kendricks, DE Vinny Curry

Third Round:

CB Curtis Marsh, QB Nick Foles

Fourth Round:

WR Jason Avant, OL Todd Herremans, K Alex Henery, LB Casey Matthews, TE Clay Harbor, CB Brandon Boykin

Fifth Round:

DE Trent Cole, TE Brent Celek, WR Riley Cooper, RB Dion Lewis, OL Dennis Kelly

Sixth Round:

OL Jason Kelce

Seventh Round:

OL King Dunlap, FB Stanley Havili, S Kurt Coleman, LB Jamar Chaney

Undrafted/Other:

LB Akeem Jordan, DT Cedric Thornton, RB Bryce Brown, RB Chris Polk, WR Damaris Johnson

DE Phillip Hunt (CFL)

- Obviously, twelve of those players start (35%.)

There is a ton more I want to get into but this is already a massive post. The point is, the Eagles have a mix of both many young players (only 10 of the 34 players drafted by PHI were on the team at the beginning of the 2009 NFL season) of varying talent levels and a ton of free agents who do not care about the Andy Reid/Eagles way.

A toxic mix of failed player evaluation (not where you pick, it's who you pick) and patchwork signings has caused this team to emulate the enemy we laughed at for suffering the same issues, the Washington Redskins.

All those years? You mean, twice?

Also, Lambeau isn't the same place it used to be in the playoffs, Since the Falcons, the Vikings have won a playoff game there, and the Giants have done it twice.

See the post below you. Tried to undermine Juan from day 1, shows up teammates publicly causing a scene every blown coverage. Crappy teammate, which can't be that much of a surprise seeing as he's never played on a team with a winning record in his career. All that losing rubs off on you sooner or later, hell look at his "effort" in run defense

1. Vick: Is playing to his potential. He is a guy who in his entire career has played one full season. Injury prone check. He's had a completion percentage over 60% once in his career. He's always fumbled the football. He's only gotten 20 or more touchdowns in a season twice in his career. His career passer rating is 80.7 and his passer rating for the season is 79.2. The guy gets sacked. In 2004 when the Falcons went to the Championship game he was sacked 46 times and in 06 45. Vick is playing his game.
2. Shady: McCoy is truly struggling with the loss of Jason Peters and his ability to get to the 2nd level on draw plays and screens. Still McCoy's yards per carry have declined with his increasing workload. I think his fumbling has gone up, because this season players are getting clean shots on McCoy.
3. Jackson: Jackson is actually having a good season. He hasn't dropped a ball all season. He's actually on pace to have the most catches and yards he's ever had as an Eagle. So what's different? The fact he's not returning kicks is what's different. Teams are also taking the deep ball away with safety coverage. Combine that with questionable quarterback play and terrible offensive line play and it makes Jackson seem invisible.
4. Babin: Again this is a guy who is doing his normal thing. Babin really has only had two good seasons in the NFL. Prior to 2010 he was a journeyman guy who bounced around the league that never lived up to his first round draft pick potential. As poor as Babin has looked he still leads the team in sacks though.
5. Cole: I really don't know why he's disappeared. It could be age. It could be he doesn't fit the wide 9 that well. It could be that he has a lot of mileage on his body. There was a time there when Cole played a ton of snaps and maybe it's all catching up to him.
6. Namdi: It's a combination of several factors. The first is he wasn't all that good to begin with. The rule changes have made his bump and run style obsolete. The Eagles safeties are terrible and often are not in the help position they are supposed to be in. Nnamdi isn't comfortable in the Eagles zone coverages. Now I just think he's packed it in. He doesn't fit here and he knows it. I have also read reports that he's lost the passion to play the game.
7. Maclin:  He and Jackson do not complement each other that well. He's injury prone. I think he's mailed it in like a few other guys on the roster.

Anyone else I forgot?
Several players!
The entire offensive line even before all the injuries excluding Peters.
Cullen Jenkins
DRC in a contract year.
The supposedly great head coach and his coaching staff not "doing a better job."
Brent Celek
Mychal Kendricks (although I give him a bit of a pass cause he's a rookie)
Nate Allen (more should come from a 2nd round pick)
Brandon Graham
Jason Avant

It means Andy's stuff hasn't worked in a very long time and the players no longer believe in him. Jim Johnson kept this team from looking foolish. Marty and Andy's inept game planning and play calling look worse with a defense that has no thump or identity

This team was a crisis waiting to happen. The perfect storm finally caught up with Reid. His stale approach and predictable ways have other teams frothing at the mouths to play us. Doesn't matter who the QB is. With this line and the plays being sent in, Tom Brady would suck.

Welcome to Eagles football under Andy Reid .........sound familiar?!!!!!
