Griffin is far and away faster. He's given the real chance to run the offense within his abilities. He's so fast and elusive at this point that he can escape most tackle attempts. Shanahan commits to running the ball. His ability to execute and sell playaction makes this offense that much more potent. He is fast enough and quick enough to run the read option to perfection. One single quick choice and go. His arm can overcome many mistakes his eyes and athletic confidence may oversight.

Wait you mean to tell me you have to run the ball first for play action to actually to be effective?

RGIII is a GREAT player, but he should, and I'm sure he already does, thank his lucky heavens that he has a running game like the one he has. Those playaction fakes are mind f'ing backers and safeties all day. It's actually beautiful to watch

Our whole offense is built around the run.

Most coaches in the NFL are willing to run the ball, you guys just happen to have the one that doesn't.

The second overall pick in the draft who has been the starter since day 1 is better than a washed up 32 year old and our rookie who just started his first game??? Impossible!

What about the giants skins and cowboy backups? Shouldnt they be above Vick too?

I knew I had to get at least one. I was actually surprised there for a bit.

My God, what's wrong with some of you?   I like RG3 alot and think he'll be a good QB, possibly great.  But the way some of you talk it's as if he's already won the Skins 5 SB's in 11 weeks.  Cam Newton was great last year and now in his 2nd year, not so much.  When the Skins beat us, he only had to throw it 15 times and they won by 25.  I wanna see what he does the rest of this year and next year before I cal him great or elite.  Don't forget that they put him out to run on some plays and one of these days he might get popped.  I think he can be great as long as he stays healthy.

Name me one thing RG3 does better than Foles. Foles is more accurate, is a better scrambler, has a stronger arm, and most importantly is smarter.

Wish we had RGIII  ... SIGH... imagine in a few years what he's going to be like. He's in our division so were going to be competing with him as he improves throughout the years.

This is why I was hoping we lost our last 4 games last year to finish 4-12 instead of going 8-8. We would have had alot better chance to trade with the Rams for RG3.

iM HOPING WE LOSE OUT THE REST OF THE WAY THIS SEASON TO FINISH 3-13 OR AT-BEST 4-12 SO WE CAN GET EITHER mATT bARKLEY OR gENO sMITH
