No matter where he goes he will fail because he does not understand what it takes to win in this league anymore. You simply cannot win without a physical team in this league and without winning in the trenches.

No LB's, no safeties, marginal undersized linemen other than COX and his overall management style will not help and if the Chargers hire him they will never give him a sniff near the draft room. He is a genius in his own head and nowhere else and hiring people like MM, Mudd and Washburn has proven how poor he is at assembling a staff. All overrated people just like himself.

He is a miserable failure and has a big zero next to his name when he leaves. Period.

Happy trails to Reid. I don't care if he gets another job or doesn't I don't care if he wins the super bowl someplace else. When he takes of the green I wish him all the best, but I could careless.

He may have minimal success elsewhere.  May have.

No way he goes to another organization and leads them to a SB victory though.

Andy should either be a coach or be a GM.  He's too damn loyal to be both at the same time.

Have you ever tried looking in the mirror? I don't see Andy Reid running to a MB just so he can badmouth robnail.

But seriously Andy has accomplished more than you ever will. If that makes him a failure what does that make you?

The staff hasn't always been bad.  I think you've been following the Eagles for only a couple of years if you actually believe Reid is bad at assembling a staff.

I'd imagine that anywhere he goes, he won't be given the total authority and control that Mr. Lurie has given him over the last few years....which is what led to the current problems.  He is a very good coach that got too involved with too many other facets and forgot the one things that coaches do:  COACH.  His tenure has merely come to an end, really anything over 10 years is a bit much (other coaches have said as much)....this team needs a strong GM and a head coach that's smart enough to delegate authority and not need to micromanage every facet of the team.....we'll see what happens.

Reid is a mediocre coach at best and his time is past now. His philosophy and limitations are an albatross around his gut. It is over for him and he is no D Vermeil.

He'll do what he has done is recent years, a little above .500. Maybe a playoff appearance every once in a while. That's it.

I think AR will be successful where ever he goes because he'll just be the coach. I know Howie is the GM, but AR is essentially in charge of coaching and front office duties. Each of those are 80 hour a week type gigs, so I think it's just a bad model. He finally got stung when he started bringing in reputation guys like Washburn and Mudd while making some weird moves like Juan (twice).

Forget San Diego. Do not be surprised if he winds up in Cleveland with Banner and Heckert.

He's a future hall of Famer and a top 3 coach in the league. The change the is coming to Reid is that he will not be surrounded by a bunch of high school drop out, incest, mornonic fans.  Reid will move onto continued success and the Eagles will be back in the Kotite era.
