1. Nnamdi Asomugha - Please someone tell me how this guy made the pro bowl and was considered one of the greatest CB's ever. hahaha Not only is he awful but he can't tackle and has absolutely no heart. He's just a complete dog. Someone also tell me that last game he hasn't been toasted? I can't remember. I think he's as bad or worse than Toast Jenkins used to be. But at least Jenkins wasn't over-paid.

2. King Dunlap  - How this guy even has a job is beyond me. He can't block and everytime we have a decent drive going he becomes the ultimate drive killer. My favorite is the hands to the face penalty. He must lead the league in them. And I laugh how they always blame that on him being too tall. hahaha

3. Nate Allen -  The guy is always hurt which is a good thing because everytime he's out there, he's always killing us. The guy is never there when we need safety help on deep throws because he's always biting on play action and pump fakes. And to think he was our replacement for Brian Dawkins. hahaha That's a joke.

4. Trent Cole - I'm so sick and tired of people saying he's one of the best pass rushers in the league. And that he has a high motor. 1 and a half sacks? Are you kidding me? Everytime we need a big play on defense and a big sack, he's busy getting pancaked and then whining to the officials for a holding penalty.

5. Michael Vick - It's so obvious that he played good 2 seasons ago only because he was trying to get a new contract and of course Reid and Jeff were stupid enough to give him one. Not only is he terrible but he's stupid. Why would anyone want to hold onto the ball so long behind our pathetic offensive line? That's just asking to get hurt. And you know you're brutal when the fans wish they could have McNabb back. hahaha

Agree with the list but id just.replace cole with coleman or bell. I give cole next season to make up for his crap non production. If hes bland again trade him for a late pick.

I don't understand how Trent Cole makes this list and Jason Babin doesn't.

You have to understand that this is the second time in his career Babin has been labeled a bust. He's as big a fluke as the 2010 Michael Vick and I personally blame the wide nine on limiting Trent Cole's effectiveness. It's one of the easiest things to negate in max protect and one of the easiest things to run a draw and a screen through. I don't blame Cole for that. That's a defensive failure on an organizational level.

Also, Nate Allen hasn't delivered but I don't really see the point on tearing the guy down for getting hurt. Sure, I wouldn't mind that they replace him because you can't rely on a guy who can't stay healthy but I'd rather criticize him for the things he can control and injuries just aren't one of them.

1. Michael Vick: I love the guy, he is a phenominal athlete, but just hasn't been solid at QB.  I was really expecting a great season from him this year too with our run game being a heavy supporter to his good play, but nope!  Very disappointed in his play this year, although play calling wasn't helping much ether.

2. Jason Babin: How do you go from having the season you had the previous year to this?  Enough said...

3. D. Bell:  In my opinion he was our worst FA signing this year.  Very overrated and inconsistent.

4.  Kurt Coleman:  Great heart, but not the best football player.  Love his passion, just with his play was as great as his passion.  We need safety help bad!

5. Danny Watkins:  Talk about a bust so far, hope he can improve but right now the guy has me wanting to rip my hair out!  Really needs to step up his game!!!

I love the team no matter what, they still have my support.

Some of these threads remind me of articles I would likely see on spoof/satire websites like The Onion and Sports Pickle.  However, the OP did put some thought into his post and the criticisms are somewhat legit, somewhat amusing.  I'm not going to bash it.

The one thing I've come to realize about Vick is he is more hype than anything.   He's not a Super Bowl QB.    When he came into the league, it took teams a year or so to figure him out and how to defend him.   Then he had his legal issues, was out of the league, came back with the Eagles and teams forgot for about 1/2 a season how to defend him, but then at some point in late 2010, they figured him out again.    Reid thought he could make him into a pocket passer with a little bit of scrambling thrown in.    Now we know he can never be a great pocket passer or WCO QB.

Time to move on.....

I honestly have no idea why people hate Jeremy Maclin. I understand how people hate Desean, even if I don't really agree with it.

I don't even think Maclin is overrated. For the most part, he is what everyone expected him to be.

I'm not even judging you for not liking Maclin. Sometimes I feel like I missed something. Like he gave everyone the finger and took a dump on Rocky's grave and I just wasn't paying attention. Did that happen?

I think people just hate how he seems to get hurt after every hit. Being soft is not good for an Eagles player.

add in expectations, everyone thought this was going to be his break out year plus he is playing for a contract in 2013 so the thought was this was going to be the year of the Mac..now part of it is the problems at QB but then there are times it seems like he doesnt get separation

mac was a 1st round pick he was expected to be much better. Maclin = reggie brown, yikes.
