my first crack assuming we end up with a top 5 selection in the 2013 draft and transition to a 3-4 scheme ...

Trades:
- Trent Cole for 3rd and 6th round picks in 2013;  package 3rd acquired here and a 5th for a 2nd.  4-3 team gambles that Trent can regain his old form.
- Mychal Kendricks for 3rd and 5th round picks in 2013.  This trade pains me but he does not fit in the new 3-4 scheme.

Bills will probably franchise Byrd, if they don't re-sign him.  Trading Cole and Kendricks to me doesn't make a whole lot of sense.  They are 2 guys I would keep.  There's quite a few others that I wouldn't, though.  I don't think it's smart to sell low.  You probably wouldn't get that good of a return for Cole.

FYI any draft that has Ezekiel Ansah will henceforth get my stamp of approval. Just wait until he backs up his college film by beasting it up @ the combine. I mean this guy runs the 100m UNDER 11sec.
