No to all of that.
This is the problem. People need to let go of the names. For years (in terns of players) this team prided itself on building through the draft and adding players through FA and trades here and there and that's what worked. Then as soon as they wanted to be the team to make the big splashes the plans blew up in their faces. Now you're basically asking them to do the same thing with coaching.
Do you know why Kiffin's getting fired? Do you know one of the main reasons why Gruden got fired after 2008? It's because Kiffin's defenses have been horrible. In 2008 the Tampa defense couldn't even stop a car that ran out of gas. This is not 2002 and people need to let go of the names they recognize.
