these are some of the people I am targeting after cleaning house.

Head Coach-   Mike Nolan (current Atlanta DC) or Bill Cowher

Offensive Coordinator-  Norv Turner (current San Diego HC) probaly going to be fired

Defensive Coordinator-  Jon Chavis (current LSU DC)

Oh and bring back Juan Castillo for OL coach.

not bad - no to cower. I could live with either nolan or david shaw (stanford HC)

good choices for OC and DC.

Idle thought -  If ron rivera is fired at the end of the year, would you consider him for OC ?

No way on Nolan, Cowher, Gruden or Turner.  Need to rebuild the culture on this team.  Load up on draft picks and sign a football coach like Schiano in Tampa or Harbaugh in Baltimore.

I was listening to Dan Patrick's show this morning and he brought up a good point. When Tampa had Raheem Morris, he was like a college coach but then the team tuned him out. Then he brought up Pete Carroll & Schiano and you wonder how long before their act would get old and they'd be tuned out by their teams.
