probably for the best anyway... no point in having him or shady play out the rest of the year anyway. its pretty much preseason at this point, nothing but needless injuries can happen at this point.

test the rookies and backups, see what we have to work with rather than marching out the same old tried crap every week.... more than half the starters will be gone anyway.

Sit all the starters/valuable player & get the young guys some reps - see what we have on the roster going forward.

all being shelved. Also it gives a built in excuse for the pathetic play and gives the rooks some play  time to see what they have.

I'm not agaisnt it but don't buy the injuries too much.

Yeah I'm not buying these injuries. I don't even believe this one. I think they just decided to shelve him to ensure that Foles doesn't lead him into a hit and gets him killed

no he clearly got hurt on that play

You guys are unbelievably dumb.  Did you watch the game and see McCoy get popped right in the head?  And why would they want Jackson to sit for the year when they want Foles to develop...don't u think it'll help his development if he gets time with his #1 WR?  Use your brains

Reid should be fired for allowing all of these injuries.  He now need to put them in better position in the rehab centers.

I know he got hurt, but I don't believe that he is out for the season. I think if we were 8-3 instead of 3-8, he would be back in 2-3 weeks.

Disappointing end to what has actually been a pretty nice season from DJax. I admittedly didn't care if he was brought back after last season's debacle, but he's played hard and ran a more complete route tree with the Oline killing any semblance of a deep game. He's obviously not a complete receiver, but he was still on pace for 1,200+ yards with Vick under center.
