With Andy having year left on his contract. Does anyone think he stays but not as the Coach ?? Does Reid stay and keep his role as Executive VP Of Football Operations? Just strange he is still making decisions regarding the future if he isnt going to be here in any shape or forum ..

No chance. The only way things can change is if Reid is removed completely. And if he doesn't have the roles he currently has now, he won't be here at all.
