A weak draft?  According to who's standards, and in which position?  The offensive/defensive line, and the defensive side of the ball is especially strong in rd.1.  This is PERFECT for us.  We have alot of talent on the skilled positions already.  We need players on the offensive line, secondary, and Will LB, a perfect fit for this draft.

Ideally, I think your seeing this as a quick fix approach.  But I said it once and I'll say it again, this Eagles team is not built for a quick turn-around anymore.  We will be rebuilding for at least the next 2-3 drafts.  Think with a bit of rationality (which on EMB is difficult).  Our top TWO cornerbacks are all but GONE, our OL is in shambles (and no garuntee that with their injuries will be %100), our QB of the future is a rookie 3rd pick who will need time to develop, our Will LB spot is suspect, our safeties are absolutely mediocre at best, and our top TE is getting older, more injured, and keyed on, and to top it off, we WILL HAVE a new coach and GM running the show.  So to say this draft is weak is not only narrow, it is also misguided in nature.  ONE DRAFT will not fix this team, whether it wis strong or weak according to anyones standards.
Finially moving Kendricks to his better suited position (WSLB) cancels that thought, ryans @ MLB if  fine, just need a "real SSLB"

Yeah that's right, we did move him there.  I think he has played 1-2 games there correct?  Before that we were screwing around with Akeem Jordan et. al.  Good point.  I do like Kendricks alot as a young athletic linebacker.  However, I think he is being underutilized as a pass rusher, which is a bummer.  I really like the thought of having a few solid LB for the next few years to gel, similar to Bowman and Willis in SF.
