well i don't know much, but i know jean gabin of course ! i had no idea he got involved with dietrich. i try not to pay attention to private lives. i don't always succeed, as for instance i know of yves montand's involvement with marilyn monroe.

i'm watching a lot of oriental films of late. palestinian, israeli, iran, afghan, lebanese. lots of jewels from countries that have no freedom of expression. sigh.

My issue with an OL in the first is would he start when all r guys r back and healthy it would be a complete waste to take a 1st round OL just to sit him on the bench his first yr or 2.  Really i think it depends on how Kelly developes and if Jake Scott can prove to be a good RG or not

Watkins won't be gone he can provide good depth.... and TH just signed a multi yr deal his cap hit would be to big to just cut next season plus he is still a good OL just don't think he should be playing T needs to move back inside. Jake Scott probably will be gone but u never know we thought the same thing about Mathis being a one yr guy and he is still here

I'm open to anything i just want a 1st round pick that will contribute from day 1 if that is an OL fine if it's a S,WR,LB etc. fine. Neither S is worth a top 10 pick at the moment Reid is a mid-late 1st rounder and Vaccaro is graded as a 2-3rounder

I'd love either of those guys just going by there draft stock as of right now Reid is projected as the top S his stock could go up into the top 10.  I also wouldn't be against Philly trading back maybe collecting an extra 1st rounder or a high 2nd. Draft a CB like Mississippi States Banks and then Vaccarro in the 2nd and an OL/WR with the extra pick we aquire.

we just need to see who the new head coach is first, then we can feel out where they will go with picks, this trading up and down to acqire extra picks never worked.........................

Eaglespeak....It never worked with AR it has worked for plenty of other coaches look at Shanny in Washinton. this yr he traded up got Rg3 last yr they traded back and landed Kerrigan who looks to be a beast for them for yrs now.  Or Jeff Fisher witht he Rams he landed LSU DT and that CB Jenkins both look to be studs for there D

To beat the hated Cowpies the D is going to have to not only show up, but also play lights out! And from what I've witnessed lately, I have to issue a challenge to this defense, SHOW SOME PRIDE AND GO TO DALLAS AND LEAVE IT ALL ON THE FIELD. Make some hits on Romo and his girls that they do NOT forget. This O is decimated and playing with mostly backups. They are backups because they are not as good as the starters, so help them out! Play some TEAM football for once. Lets go already!

i find it absolutely HYPOCRITICAL that brizer12 gets banned on account of some aggressivity in his posts, but if this is a family website (or at least column, for comments under OTI are public), get rid of that avatar !!

Let's go Cowboys!  Another loss tonight puts us closer to the #2 overall pick.  I'm still convinced the Chiefs will get the #1 pick, but Jacksonville, Carolina, and Cleveland are playing tough football and should win a few games.  Plus the Browns and Raiders play, the Browns and Chiefs play, the Raiders and Chiefs play, Panthers and Chiefs play.  These teams we are fighting with for top draft positioning all play each other!  The only win I'm rooting for from here on out is against the Giants in week 17 if it could cost the Giants a playoff spot.

Very sad what transpired yesterdayin Kansas City. Terrible waste of a good talent and left a three month old child without a mother and a father.
Also sad is that there is help available. The NFL has a 24 hour crisis hotline for current and former players and their families in distress. But of course, you have to want help, and pick up the phone and call. And hard to make that happen when the mind thinks there is no hope left. At least the NFL is doing something. Now they need to do more. Make sure EVERY player knows this is available.

I have provided the link below in case any of you wish to check out their website.

Hope you and yours are in great spirits this holiday season.

No worries gang..............the Birds will be back!!!!!!

Woody,
Sad when a fine young man seems to have it all, yet views himself as having nothing. Just glad the NFL is trying somehow to reach these people. Would hope a tragedy like this makes them examine what they are doing and redouble their efforts. I know we cannot save them all, but stories of troubled players or ex-players are way too common. Trying to walk in the shoes of a Cheifs fan today. How would I feel if that had happened with one of our players? A 3-8 season to this point is demoralizing, and for some of them winning is all there is. A 1-10 season not much different, just a slight bit worse. Here's hoping I will never really have to find out.
