Do Eagles players really suck this bad?

The reason I ask is because I always hear fans saying "But we're so talented!" ...yet we're 3-8. With the right coaching staff, will all of these guys start playing the way we thought they would when they were signed? (Djax, Mac, the entire defense) Or are the players really as bad as they've played?
I'm hoping this disaster of a season was due to the coaching staff, but maybe these guys would suck even with someone like Belechik or Harbaugh at HC. Thoughts?

mudd and his system is gone
wash and his system needs to go
marty and his terrible play calling needs to go
i honestly think reid is still a great leader but he has to much going on.. take away his FO responsibilities and get a REAL gm to help fill the coordinater positions
or get a new HC too whatever we have to do but we DO have talent
does anyone know if its even possible for bowles to move back to DBs coach next

A few players are overrated (mostly the older guys; perhaps not so much overrated as simply declining), but there are a lot of young talented players on this team.

The problem is that the players don't have the motivation. I never thought I'd see a group of Eagles players quit on Andy Reid, but I think for the first time, the players have quit on Andy Reid

White played four years at Tennessee and two years in the USFL before his rookie season, he was in his mid-twenties when he came into the league. Fletcher Cox isn't and will never be Reggie White but he hasn't sucked this year.

i think with a different coaching staff this team could do alot better, look at the niners for instance, before harbaugh they were just a run of the mill team every year, harbaugh came in with the same roster the same bad qb and took his team led by that same bad team almost to the superbowl.
At the same time a different coach may just sink an already sinking ship, getting a new coach doesnt guarantee anything other than change.

these guys do not suck, they just don't believe in the system anymore. They need a motivator to get some discipline out of them yet raise their confidence at the same time. The only difference between the 49ers a couple of years ago and the team that went to the NFCCG last year was coaching. It was essentially the same team.

What's more important is the mental attitude of this bunch. They're not very likable. There's no accountability and they've allowed a loser's mentality to invade the locker room.
I think it all started with Vick coming here. He runs his mouth about being good instead of staying humble like the great QB's do. Young guys look to Vick as the leader and face of the franchise and follow suit.
Bottom line is I don't think a rebuild will take too long. But the losers have to be identified and cut loose. It started with Babin, but he's the tip of the iceberg. Keep Jenkins and Ryans on defense. Those guys still play with passion. Not so sure about many of the other veterans. Too many older players here who were not drafted by the Eagles and don't have the Philly passion in them.
I do feel a little optimism for some, but not all, of the younger players.
