Bring on the "Greatest Show on Turf" I say! Gruden (either one) is my first choice, but Mike Martz is my second choice. Irrespective of his lack of success as HC in the past this particular team does already have most of the skill positions on offense necessary to successfully reconstruct the greatest show on turf. The O-Line has to be exponentially better than it is right now, but with the unorthodox blocking technique Howard Mudd has in place it's difficult to actually evaluate the talent of the existing O-Line personnel, but I suspect they're significantly better than the Mudd technique allows them to be. Add a real GM to Mike Martz and hopefully Steve Spagnoulo as DC and the Eagles organization quickly turns around in a year or two.
I'm fairly certain all coordinators have year to year contracts vs. multi-year contracts, so Spagnoulo should be in play regardless of who the coach is next year.

Please god no. His "Greatest Show on Turf" system was only successful because he had potential HoFers at QB, RB, WRx2 and LT. It failed miserably in Detroit, SF and Chicago once he lost that ridiculous core.

Seriously? No. There's a reason he's in the broadcast booth and not the coaching booth. Leave him there.

Once the Bears told him he wouldn't be brought back he did say he was done coaching. He was really done coaching after that situation with the Rams turned bowling shoe ugly.
