I can't undesrstand Reid making changes in Def Coord, and now on DL and not in secondary.
BOWLES was the secondary coach and he has these two gays in the field for the hole season, I don't believe in him, I suffer every Game because our D, we have to change a lot in the team, but if this two gays and Bowles have to gone... if not I can play in NFL
please, do something right!!!!

Nice one. Those are my thoughts too. Just tell Nnambi that he 'will never ever have Safety help again, so don't release any WR/TE that you are covering to a Safety, because said Safety will be running around all over the field covering no one. Just cover your man EVERYWHERE'.

Stats below are through 8 games this season

1- Nate Allen / his MAIN thing to do for the Eagles is his coverage. He isn't on the field to blitz. He doesn't live in the box looking to always play the run. He was drafted to COVER. So lets look look at how he is in coverage. And compare him to 1/2 this boards boyfriend E.Thomas. These are the rankings for the top 75 safety's that have played at least 25% of their teams snaps.
**in completion % he is the 7th best at 45.5%. / Thomas is ranked 31st at 62.5%
**in QB rating against he is 9th at 56.1 / Thomas is ranked 18th at 73.4
**in yds per completion he is 10th at 8.5yds per reception / Thomas is ranked 50th at 15.4yds per reception
**in TDs allowed he has allowed 0 / Thomas has allowed 1
**in INTs Allen has 0 / Thomas has 2
Now lets look at tackling and run stopping ability. Something E.Thomas was absolutely supposed to be real strong in.
**ALLEN has 38 tackles / 9 missed tackles / 9 stops for a 81% tackle rate.
**THOMAS has 34 tackles / 8 missed tackles / 8 stops for a 81% tackle rate.
So when you break down the 2 specific areas of what they do, Allen is light years better in coverage and is actually 1 of the best in the NFL, while Thomas is well below average.
And in their run stopping ability they are basically tied.
Lets remember that playing a big part in the OVERALL numbers are penalties, pass rush ability (something Allen does hardly ever) and INTs.
Currently in looking at the specific stats they tell the same story about the 2 players that the eye tells you if you have watched Thomas. And that is Allen is the better player.

And I could care less about what Earl Thomas is doing. The Eagles drafted Allen, not Thomas, so the onus is on them to have gotten the pick right, which they didn't. Again.

Without knowing what plays had been called and who had what responsibility in what coverage, the eye test is a horrible indicator.
