you can't effectively rebuild all four starting secondary spots in one offseason. especially if you're bringing in a new coach and defensive philosophy. i think you keep Nnamdi and DRC and gut the safeties. that's much more realistic. go get Jairus Byrd from Buffalo if you can and draft the other one with an early pick. i'd let Allen stick around as a backup but Coleman would be out of here the first second i could get.
Cut Coleman, Nate and DRC. Just do it.

No one in the secondary is going to be cut this season because there is no one to replace them.
Ideally, my scenario for next season would be to restructure Nnamdi, sign DRC to a 3 year deal for reasonable money (no one else is going to pay what we can/will), and cut Coleman. I want our first round pick used on a CB like Dee Milliner or trade it down for a safety and a second round pick, and then pick up more depth players for the secondary in two rounds between 3-7.

i would bench ALL OF THEM!!!!
drc was putrid. allen needs to go watch tape of bdawk on how a safety is suppose to tackle. constant lunging arm tackle ATTEMPTS.
it was really pissing me off. i thought allen had potential in his rookie season. i was wrong. he's a bum. nnamdi is a shell of his former self.
colman tries. but he's nothing more than a backup/special teamer.
start boykin, marsh, hughs, sims, anderson. send a message andy.

The whole defense needs to go back to pop warner to learn the basics of tackling. I can't stand watching these players that thing the way to make tackles is to throw your body at a spot and hope the ball carrier will trip over you. this is the most pathetic part of what is a totally pathetic defense right now.

I think you draft secondary in the first and second round. Demote Coleman to backup where he should have always been, restructure Aso and don't resign DRC.
You might argue that it isn't enough, but I still think better coaching will help some of the issues.

When Reid was asked after the game why he's not giving more playing time to people like Marsh and Hughes and backup safety David Sims, he said, "You're assuming they've played well when they've played."
