That is one hell of a group we are in. So much for the Gold Standard.

So true.... someone wrote on here earlier that if this collapse had only happened last year we would have had a real legit shot @ RG III

People keep saying this yet most mock drafts have QBs like Geno Smith and Matt Barkley as top 25 picks in the draft. Regardless though, a high pick is still a high pick. I say take the best player available. If that's not a QB so be it.

Agreed. They are in a good position to get a very good player. Can't wait to see who it is!

We had the #6 pick in the draft with four games left and won all four. The Redskins ended up at #6 and traded up for RGIII. So there's your lesson, kids.....

What does that do for us? Put us in no man's land again with a worse pick an no playoffs - last year we heard all about the momentum of winning the last 4 and look what that got us - Fool's Gold and no changes

I know you're paid to actually think that, but do you have to just come out and say something so absurdly contrary to anything resembling common sense???
Yeah, that'd be just great - go from a top 3 pick and properly starting the rebuild, to the middle of the pack, "retooling" (again!), and giving Lurie even more of an out to bring the clown back ..... again.
If, of course, he hasn't already decided to do just that.

I'm actually starting to worry about that. And if you can believe it, there are still people in TATE proclaiming how great a coach he is, & how "we'd be back in the Kotite years" without him.
