Whats the point in starting Vick again unless he is coming back next year ?...nothing against Mike ...but at 3-9 were obviously looking at the future and if Vicks not going to be here....why let him play ?.....I like what Foles did in last nights game ...he made good decisions and handled the pressure well and made some really nice throws...........I think he's improved every game so far...Is Foles the future ?....only way to find out is by letting him finish the season....right Dave ?

Dave pretty much says the same thing in his newest article. Funny how this season, what we as a fanbase say needs to happen, is seemingly happening but way way too late.

I wish we started Foles at QB to start the year, dumped Washburn ( I guess go with Todd as D Coordinator, but I had no problem with Juan), actually stuck with the running game like we have been, dumped Babin and started Graham and Curry much more. Obviously, we still wouldn't have made the playoffs...but the progress we could have made would have made next year more like a legit shot at making the playoffs or even making a run at this thing.

Now we are trying to get that same progress in only a handful of games, which means next year it'll be another "looking for progress" type of year hoping for a few things to go our way to even have a shot at the playoffs. Dang...

So if Foles is now the starter... with that logic that Andy (or Dave) is using... I guess Brown should start over Shady then for the rest of the year???

Why doesn't Vick get another chance to play with a balanced attack?

Probably right...... We already know Shady is a Top 5 back in this league so why risk him getting hurt when we are going nowhere. Let's see what we have in Bryce.... very talented, actually hits the hole faster than McCoy. But needs to figure out his ball handling and pass catching out of the backfield.

I would also give Polk some carries if he's healthy.

I agree.  Vick's never been allowed to play with a balanced attack... always pass, pass, pass.  I would like to see how the offense performs when Vick is at the helm of a balanced attack.

Looks like it's a dollars decision here in prep for the new regime

I don't think we know what the decision at QB for next year will be until we know who the head coach for next year will be. Is that fair? It makes sense to me. If I'm the new head coach, I certainly want to make the call on the QB

You're the one declaring the "Foles Era"! like the "Kolb Era" you declared in 2010... which lasted one game! How do you know a new coach won't decide he would rather have an RGIII type offense with Vick instead of a pocket slug like Foles?
I just hate you guys who make declarations on a guy who is 0-3 in his first starts, and most likely won't even win a single game the rest of the way!

Truth is as much I supported the move for Vick and still think he got fare too much of the blame here for what is now evident is a whole team wide mess, there is no point in playing VIck.

It does suck that now that we don't have Vick and McCoy playing they actually decide to run the ball. WHY NOW REID? We were all begging for this sort of offense with Vick and McCoy in but with those guys in Reid feels like he has the ability to just air it out the whole game.

Vick at QB with McCoy and Brown getting tons of carries could have salvaged some of the games early in the season. But a little too late plus its not like Reid has really changed his philosophy. This is his white flag, acceptance that he is playing with such inferior talent that he might as well protect his QB by running the ball tons. The minute he feels he has the personnel again to air out (whether here next season or wherever else he ends up) he will go back to pass pass pass.

    Please don't trade Nick Foles.

How do you expect him to be successful with this O-line?
