Andy made the wrong decision letting Juan go. Of all the things a coach can do to affect the game that he has absolute control over it's his staff. Here was a definite blunder. Washburn the cancer should have been gone at first sign of trouble, not Juan. Replacing Juan was a reactionary move. Knee Jerk.
If in fact true the undermining culture and the cancer it creates probably has lead to the malaise we are seeing in the players. I don't care what you say about "the effort being there". The joke tackling effort in the redzone doesnt mesh with that. DRC should be cut. The season is lost. Examples need to be made. People who quit on this team need to be gone.
Do you agree? Specifically with those who quit on the team.

There are a ton of reasons why he should be fired.... this just adds to the growing list.

Add to that rumors of Washburn's behavior....
With the host of other reasons I kind of feel bad for Andy. The personnel is awful. I really do believe this team stopped valuing character at some point. . .

I agree 100%.... this year and all his recent personnel moves have been a disastrous debacle.
Things have gottten progressively worse since 2005. Lotsa strange moves and an era that has been way too chaotic

Reid sickens me. It used to just be on a football level with regard to his "philosophy". I'm extremely sad to say that has now extended to a personal level. How anyone could allow that kind of bulls*** to happen to someone they supposedly consider a close friend & do nothing about it, all because of this man's massive ego makes my blood pressure shoot through the roof.
He can't get the f*** out of here fast enough.

Please tell me why we need to discuss coaching over lack of talent on the roster!
If Washburn actually acted like reports say, where were the players to step up and tell him he's an idiot!! How can this go on in what is supposed to be a professional organization? Washburn, your D got worse without Juan! Your Wide 9 scheme is the dumbest thing I have ever seen! You will never have a job in the NFL again.

Thanks for coming clean on that.... you figured out ways to pump up the move at the time it happened when everyone on here knew it didn't pass the eyeball or common sense test.

Unforgiveable for a pro football player in this town. (making millions) he got paid what I make in what a month for that one single play? No excuse. None.
