i 100% understand if you think Andy should lose his job, but calling him a fat slob? seriously, this dude brought us to a super bowl and 4 or 5 NFC championship games. it's fine to dislike him but all these personal shots are completely uncalled for.

Andy has brought alot of the animosity on himself by being such a inhospitable p**ck. I've always been an AR guy, but there have been times when I've wanted to punch him in his piehole for being so stubborn and condescending.

No matter what they have done, fans can still trashem. If we won a SB in 04, and were at where we are now.. The same crap would still be happening.

If you think there aren't classless fans in every city, you need to get out more.  New Yorkers talk trash on Philly all the time but I've seen some horrendous stuff at NY sporting events. Try wearing an orange jersey in the blue seats at the garden. This argument is nonsense that is promoted by the national media because it is an interesting story.

I disagree. If he had led the team to a SB victory, he gets treated differently. It's his INABILITY to accomplish that REQUIREMENT of his job after 14 years that causes disdain...that and his arrogance. JMO.

Well I don't think personal attacks are called for (IMO), a persons job and a "person" are seperate. We all know plenty of people who are cool and may suck at their job for whatever reason. Reid still has fam, friends, coworkers, etc. who care about him as a person and don't think its nice to call him a walrus, a slob, or cheesesteak gobbler or whatever personal attack.

Fans are like soldiers in combat, when you don't like someone, the first thing you do is dehumanize them, to make them seem like less of a person so you don't feel so bad about being nasty to them. You point out all of their bad qualities even when they have nothing to do with anything you are (legitimately) upset at them about. That's just human nature, it will never change

Ironically when they pan through the crowd at the games most of the fans are fat or neckbeards so I guess it's a thing to call out Andy for what they are as well.

The OP hasn't learned this is Philadelphia. We can do whatever we want. People around the country doesn't understand us and that alone makes it right.
