As pathetic it is to watch our secondary as a whole, we must infuse quality youth into the OLine now.
Can we fix this mess in one draft with a FA or two..... ahh maby to a 9-7 season......maby.
With a collective OLine effort, praying Foles works out......Next year I will go CB/LB/DE very early....
18. Via Colts., Barrett Jones 6'4" 316 The safest pick in the draft. He canplay any
position on the Oline and that is too good to pass on.
Rd2. Brennan Williams ORT 6'7" 317 Todd can move inside. Williams is
a stong nasty fella, called the dancing bear.
Rd2. Sharrif Floyd 6'3" 295 DT Jenkins/Patterson gettin up there. Floyd is
My # 1 DT in the draft to pair with Cox.... Quick as a cat...
Rd3. Prentiss Waggner S 6'2" 189 3 year starter and team captain at
Tennessee. Read up on him....
Rd3. Bennett Jackson CB 6'0" 184 Nice player on the up.....
Rd4. Devin Street WR 6'2" 192 PITT, Read up on this guy. Solid WR..

You would trade back 10+ spots in the first for a mid 2nd and mid 3rd??

If you look at the value chart a #3 to #10 works out to a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quite evenly for the #3 pick.
Depending on who its for (i.e. RGIII, Luck) you can ask for a future 1st. RGIII was a rare talent and they got a king's ransom for him, but I don't know if there is a player out there this year that you can get the moon for. Maybe after the combines one of those QBs will emerge with the same level of hype. Someone always does. Then maybe you can ask for a future 1st as well. Maybe someone will just have to have Lotuleilei and will give up a ton for him.

Yeah if someone was moving up from that spot definitely it better come with a 1st for this year and next year along with a 2nd and 3rd.

With which pick(s)? If you mean the 3rd I'd take Manti Te'o (I'm pretty sure I've made my opinion clear on that) if you mean after a trade and the acquisition of pick 13 and 15 I'd take Chance Warmack at 13 and Jonathan Hankins or Eric Reid at 15 then at 35 I'd take Kenny Vaccaro.

That is an interesting approach and I like it. I don't get why not just take Joeckel? Peters is coming off an injury is getting older and it gives you more depth if neeed be? I won't deny we need safety help bad so I am all about picking several up. I just think Joeckel could be a great player.

I would not be upset with Joeckel at #3. I just think that pick has higher value in a trade than a player in this draft not named Te'o
