first day on Tate? I wanted Bryce to get 8-10 touches a game to spell shady. I think the complaints came from lesean being on the sideline in 3rd and 4th and short. that's just madness. not to mention all the 3rd and 1 shotgun formations w brown in the back field trying to block de's. not sure what our hc is even thinking at those times. at least act like we might actually run ya know

Funny, but true. The thing is Bryce looked THIS good in the pre-season. He was doing that one cut explosion thing, trucking dudes. But it didn't translate to his first couple games for some reason? o-line wasn't helping him. He also wasn't fumbling the ball. Well he did fumb the hand off that got charged to Vick in the Ravens game.

If dude can get that under control? He may be a budding star. Because he is deceptiviely fast and strong as a tank.  We need to 1-2 punch it with him and Shady. We'd have a good ground game right up there with Washington in our division.

I Was saying from the start, why keep four rbs not to use them.

It was especially annoying in a game before shady was hurt, Bb had something like 40 yards on six carries at half time, then no carries in the second half

Truth is, if they would have given McCoy the kind of carries they give Brown the Eagles might be in the playoff hunt with or without Vick.

brown is a much better blocker and short yardage runner cause he hits the hole without dancing. bryce is gonna be like duce staley was as a blocker. duce was a devastating blocker

People want to look like they were right about something by using 1) Hindsight  2)hyperbole (1 person saying something, but making it look like an entire group said something).

I was going to post the same thing when I saw the thread title.

There are a handful of idiots who regularly post idiotic ideas.  There are always posters that create accounts and post a few things then never come back, and those that don't post very often.  There are also a large number of posters that avoid TATE because of the bad posters and post in other forums.

Any sensible football fan knows it's good to have two good RBs and to share carries so one doesn't have to shoulder all the load and stay fresh and prevent injuries.

The only issue I had was when the game was on the line and in the red zone, they sat McCoy for the entire series and handed it to Brown.

Yes, you want to get the backup RB some touches to spell Shady, but you do that for the exact reason of keeping Shady fresh and ready to go in the key situations when you need him to make a play.
