I think he will still be a 2nd-3rd rounder at worst. As long as he can show some kind of progression with is rehab and doesn't have any setback

thats true, but guys have dropped for much less significant injuries. And RBs are a dime a dozen.

ESPN's KC Joyner "would not be surprised" if South Carolina junior RB Marcus Lattimore goes undrafted this April.
Joyner added that "an injury of that caliber will normally make teams avoid a player in the draft." This is definitely true, and Lattimore will likely be taken off a number of boards due to his medicals, but we think at least one team will want to give him a shot, especially in the later rounds. SI's Tony Pauline is hearing that Stanford junior TEs Zach Ertz and Levine Toilolo are "leaning towards staying in school."
This is a mild surprise for Ertz since the tight end put together an excellent season. Toilolo is more of an inline type but was inconsistent from game to game. Still, both project as second day picks and would be paired with third tight end/fullback Ryan Hewitt next season to once again form an excellent trio.
