Foles looks extremely smart.
Kolb appears to be injury-prone. Take that away and I'd say they both have great potential.
Oh yeah, I forgot how well Kolb played against the Rams earlier this year.... Not.

Foles is certainly better, but the reason Kolb never looks comfortable as starter has as much to do with the fact that he's lost the job after getting injured twice. Somebody believing that John Skelton is better than you is going to make you anxious. Kolb could be like Alex Smith, once he get's somebody who treats him like a starter and gives him a settled system he may blossom, shortly before getting dumped for a young guy who can run fast obv.
Foles is certainly more confident than Kolb ever was, I hope we stick with him and let him take his lumps.

So far Foles seems pretty sturdy. His size is a factor I'm sure, so hopefully he stays healthy and gets the chance to find out his ceiling instead of being cut short like Kolb was.
I hope I'm not jinxing anything here

Let me guess, you're a Vick groupie ?

I looked it up, he came in to win the first game, then went 3 and 1 and they were tied when he got injured. So 4-1. and 4-0 in the first 4 games.

i'd take foles over kolb mainly because he's taller, some might not think its a big deal but i think being that tall is a clear advantage when throwing from the pocket, one can see so much more develop.
