Who should get the nod?
I'm thinking Peyton.
ROY probably to Luck or Griffin.

I am going with Peterson. He is the reason the Vikings are even in playoff contention.

yeah an 8-8 division winner with Tim Tebow that got wiped out in the playoffs vs. a 10-3 division winner with 3 games to play that could easily win the super bowl. Yeah like I said Peyton Manning. 2. is Peterson. If Ponder didn't suck Peterson would have a legit chance to win the award but as we all know team success is factored in.

I mean Tebow won games with this Broncos defense. They have a very good team surrounding him.
Vikings without Peterson would have won maybe 2 or 3 games max. Brady is Brady.

Even more the reason he deserves it. Teams can load the box because no one fears Ponder. Manning has a great defense and surrounding offensive players.

I wanna say Peyton Manning BUT because Tim Tebow helped the Broncos win the division last season shows that the Broncos werent that bad of a team in the 1st place IMO.
I think a MVP should be someone that if you took them off of that team they would be completley horrible that makes Peyton unavaiable to win that award. IMO the winner of the MVP award this year should be..............
ANDREW LUCK or RG3
Yes I said it
the Colts were 2-14 last year and now they are 9-4 with one of the weakest rosters in the NFL. RG3 is doing the same thing in DC. They are only 7-6 (redskins) but if RG3 wasnt the QB they would be bad like they have been the last 10 years IMO

No I was half awake when I made that post. I meant to say Denver. I stand by that, it's Peyton Manning. Not even close.

Denver 8-8
San Diego 8-8
Oakland 8-8
Kansas City 7-9
This year, with 3 games left, the Broncos are already 2 games better than 2011. Last year, in 16 games Denver had -81 net points and 36 TDs. This year, after 13 games they have 118 points and 44 TDs. Negative 81 points to positive 114 points (so far)... that's a HUGE difference.
So there's a huge difference when you look at the 2011 Broncos and the 2012 Broncos. What's that difference? Peyton Manning and nothing else.

Almost a difference in 200 points, and the award is for most valuable player, not the best. It's Manning's award. He's been the most valuable player in the NFL this year.

The AFC West is much worse this year than it was last. It's easily the worst division in football this year, the Chargers, Raiders and Chiefs are just plain awful. The Broncos made the playoffs last year and won a playoff game, they'll most likely do the same this year. You can throw out all the statistical improvements you want but the bottom line is the Broncos, in my opinion, will go just as far as they did last year. They are not a Super Bowl caliber team. So besides statistical improvements, if the Broncos fail to win a single playoff game or win 1 as they did last year the arguement can be made that they really didn't improve at all. They don't have any wins against impressive teams and got beat by Atlanta, Houston and New England, the only division leading teams they've played.
To sum it up I'm not sold on the Broncos or Peyton Manning, in my opinion Tom Brady and Adrian Peterson are more deserving of the MVP award.

RG3 has something like 18TDs to 4 ints for a rookie. Thats amazing foe any QB let alone a rookie on a horrible team IMO
