I heard a few weeks back Rex Ryan telling the media that he didn't have just one good QB, he had 3. It instantly made me remember that saying, "If you have 2 good quarterbacks then you really have none."

This tells me Rex was against bringing in Tebow, this also tells me Sanchez is just another glamor boy QB from USC that is/was overated from the get go

I've defended Sanchez in the past. I can't do it anymore.

The only reason I really defended him, I think, was because he was the QB on a team that went to two straight AFCCG's. I couldn't give stats or anything really good that he did that stood out.  Oh well.

How would you guys feel about bringing in rex as DC for the eagles?I'd be alright with it if it's made clear he keeps his fat mouth shut  and doesn't stir up a bunch of drama.

B- Hard Knocks on HBO is another thing

This is kind of like when Buddy Ryan benched Randall Cunningham and put Jim McMahon in during the 1990 wild card playoff game against Washington - which the Eagles lost 20-6, then Buddy was fired the next day.

I'd hate being a fan of the Jets, they have wasted another whole year with the Sanchez/Tebow BS.

Like I posted in another thread...Sanchez CAN rebound. He has taken them to two AFC title games and was within 5 points away from a Super Bowl in 2010. Look at his excellent playoff numbers: 9td/3int and 92-95 QB rating. He had 32 total td last year. Those are very solid numbers and he has proven when in the right style of offense he can win and play well.

The big problem is Rex Ryan. What worked for the Jets he completly abandoned the past two seasons. The Jets ran a ton in Sanchez's first two years but then Rex decided to throw alot. Sanchez threw over 500 passes in 2010 and 2011 placing him 9th in the NFL. That's absurd. The Jets could've been a mirror image of the Niners. Sanchez is better suited to be more like Alex Smith and not throw a ton. This year...the team was hit hard with injuries and Sanchez still threw too muc with very little at WR. i think he still has much more of a future than Tim Tebow.

And now Rex wants Michael Vick. I would hope and pray if I were a Jets fan that Rex is fired. He is on an extremly hot seat but the Jets went through alot of injuries this year so who knows.

If the Jets win both of their final two games, they finish with the same record as last year - and will have done it without Darelle Revis or Santonio Holmes for essentially the entire season.
