cooper deserves more snaps, but #3 WRs are slot WRs and cooper isnt the best slot WR. i think we need to do more with maclin in the slot and cooper out wide. but not on 3rd downs, maclin goes back out wide and avant back into the slot. avant needs to be strictly a 3rd down WR. hes a beast on 3rd downs

avant needs to be strictly a 3rd down WR. and maybe not used in the red zone at all cause he simply just doesnt produce much there esp closer to the red zone maybe the 10 yardline or closer

my point was that buddy said Avant and Cooper it's not even close. IO agree Avant is better than Coop right now but he makes it seem like it's like comparing  Megatron to Pinkston or something.

Cooper might be a little better as a red zone option, but as an overall WR Avant is by far the better receiver. A few redzone TDs doesn't make Cooper the better receiver. Remember Jeff Thomason? I remember one season he had something like 5 TDs out of a dozen or so catches.... didn't make him a better overall TE than Chad Lewis, just that he had some redzone opportunities that he took advantage of.

i think Maclin would be awesome in the slot but I don't think RC is a better WR than him.
